What a brilliant move!
ReplyDeleteI remember a few years back when they spent £200,000 renovating it. Just a week or two after it was finished I saw a drunk bloke laying on the pavement in my road (just round the corner from the shelter), swearing at children & too drunk to stand up, so I called the police: They helped him get up, & then told him to go & sleep it off under the shelter...
